I have used Car Spa for both my vehicles and have been happy with the service until the last 2 trips in January 09. Trip #1 for a full-service wash; my truck had so many spots on it that I know it didn't even get wiped down. In addition, my radio was re-set (which I hate), the interior doorframs had not been touched at all and the vacum job was poor. Trip #2 for my other vehicle resulted in the same sloppy job. I've seen better results from gas station drive through washes. I will still try them once more but will inspect everything very close before leaving. If poor service happens again, i will post and let ya-all know.

I can't believe that someone yelled at an employee while they were out doing their job. I asked another employee who the guy was, and the guy yelling was a VP Vice President... I'm appalled at this. When I tried to call the business the phone # listed is incorrect.. correct # is 972.407.9648

I have done business with the Car Spa located at 5028 W. Park Blvd. in Plano, TX for the last four years. It was fine until my last experience (which was AWFUL) and every attempt made thereafter to try to rectify the situation has been unsuccessful. The manager of this particular Car Spa, Josh Arnett, was not very helpful. His attitude was bad and he even stated "If you'll just be civil with me!" This, of course, exacerbated the entire dilemma. After his outburst, I requested another employee to help and Corey was no assistance either. I had to wait over an hour to get my car after the wash. They screwed up the order?then failed to vacuum the car! My complaints are so numerous I don't have time to list every one of them. I currently only live a mile from this Car Spa but won't ever be doing business there ever again. I could wallpaper my walls with all the coupons I receive from these folks but the managers are arrogant, the "service" is crappy and the new employees "don?t have a clue." On a scale from 1 to 10, my experience was a minus 5, and I am being generous.

I used this location for nearly five years, recommending it to others. Patience on nice-weather days is necessary, but was worth it (emphasis on the past-tense). The company has gotten much worse in recent months. One friend had his keys locked in his car, another got a flat tire, and I had several things go wrong myself during my last wash. They include: leaving the numbers I explicitly requested to be removed from my rear windshield, leaving visible wax residue in numerous places, and having some obvious scratches made to part of my car. I noticed these while they were waxing the vehicle and knew that they were not present when I dropped it off. So far they have been very unresponsive and required several visits to their location to discuss the issue, and have treated me unprofessionally. The best they offered with each incident is an excuse that "We don't have any equipment that can cause (Complaint XYZ)" and a free car wash or two (that I declined) with no accountability whatsoever. I am upset by the arrogance shown by not only claiming they have no equipment anywhere in their process that could scratch a car, but that I was lying about the incident. I will not return to this location again, and am extremely disappointed in it given that I drove 20-30 minutes in the past to go to this specific location. I would rather pay more money with less risk of damage or less money for less risk of damage but a lesser wash job.
